Refund Policy

To start you return process please email returns@boundusa.com with your order number and product information that you wish to return. 

A 25 % restock fee will be applied to every refund. 

All Returns must be completed 30 days from delivery date.All Shipping charges for the order are 100% nonrefundable. Customer must insure the product arrives to BOUND in original packaging and in presitine condition. Any Damages that occur during shipping will result in an unrefundable order. Any opened or damaged products will not reieve a refund.

Customer is responsible for aranging shipping and any charges for shipping material back to BOUND

Returns will be processed 7-12 buisness days after reeiveing the product in resellable condition.
